Drinking Driver programs are available for individuals who have been arrested for driving under the influence. They include group psychoeducation, as well as individual and group counseling. Duration and weekly hours vary depending on legal factors associated with the drinking driver incident.

ADI offers DUI programs in fully remote live virtual platform on Zoom or in person at our San Jose location.

This program is licensed by the State of California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS), Substance Use Disorder Compliance Division, Driving Under the Influence Unit to provide quality education and counseling to help the participant understand his/her relationship with alcohol and drugs, and the inherent risk of driving while under the influence.
