Health Care Provider Flu Reporting

Reporting of influenza is mandatory in California for all deaths under age 18, for outbreaks in congregate facilities, and for novel influenza strains.  Reporting of non-fatal cases is no longer requested (see 2018-2019 Alert in the box at the right).
